360° Feedback Surveys provide individuals with valuable input about their work performance from various perspectives. Obtaining feedback from respondents including your leaders, peers, direct reports and yourself allows you to evaluate your strengths and developmental areas. This feedback then becomes the foundation for creating action plans for your ongoing personal development. Here's The Process: When you contact TriOpus Group, we will conduct a mini needs analysis with you to determine what you may be looking for. We will want to understand the focus of your conference or gathering, the demographics of the delegates, any taboo subjects, and so on. If you have no specific subject in mind, we will contact you within five days with an outline of potential subjects that we feel would fit your audience and your need. Upon your acceptance, the rest is up to us!
